Position Reports to: Division Leaders, Sales Team
General Purpose: We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Sales team.
Essential Duties:
- Assist with reaching out to potential customers
- Data Entry
- Managing and updating the customer records and mailing lists
- Remain flexible and perform other duties as assigned
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Experience in Microsoft Office; comfortable using Windows computer systems
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive first impression of our company
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Must be self-motivated, as well as possess strong time-management skills; must be able to work efficiently and productively with limited daily direction
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to identify and work towards business goals set personally and by supervisors
- Must possess strong communication skills in person, on the phone, and through email; must present and communicate in a professional manner
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

Pay: $15 -20 per hour
Schedule: Flexible day shift, Monday through Friday
Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
