Position Reports to: Division Leaders, Sales Team
General Purpose: We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Sales team.
Essential Duties:
  • Assist with reaching out to potential customers
  • Data Entry
  • Managing and updating the customer records and mailing lists
  • Remain flexible and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Prior administrative experience preferred
  • Experience in Microsoft Office; comfortable using Windows computer systems
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive first impression of our company
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Must be self-motivated, as well as possess strong time-management skills; must be able to work efficiently and productively with limited daily direction
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Ability to identify and work towards business goals set personally and by supervisors
  • Must possess strong communication skills in person, on the phone, and through email; must present and communicate in a professional manner
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15 -20 per hour
Schedule: Flexible day shift, Monday through Friday
Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) 

Work Location: Dodge Center, Minnesota - One location
